Shift timing: 7 pm to 4 am IST

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Windows Desktop Support
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
    • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
    • Manage user accounts, profiles, and access rights through Active Directory.
    • Perform regular system updates, security patching, and antivirus monitoring.
    • Handle desktop imaging, software deployment, and asset inventory management.
    • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues via remote and onsite support.
  2. Application Support
    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot business and productivity applications.
    • Monitor application performance and resolve user-reported issues.
    • Coordinate with vendors or developers for application-related escalations.
    • Maintain documentation of recurring issues and their resolutions.
    • Provide training and support to users on application functionalities.
  3. Google Workspace (Mail Server)
    • Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, and organizational units.
    • Troubleshoot Gmail-related issues including mail flow, filters, and spam.
    • Configure and maintain DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for email authentication.
    • Manage Drive, Calendar, and other Workspace services for end users.
    • Perform mailbox backup, data migration, and recovery when required.
  4. Microsoft Exchange Mail Server
    • Manage Exchange Online and on-premises mailboxes and distribution lists.
    • Troubleshoot Outlook connectivity, synchronization, and mail delivery issues.
    • Configure MX, SPF, and DKIM records to ensure secure and reliable email delivery.
    • Perform mailbox migrations, backup, and recovery as needed.
    • Monitor server health, mail queues, and overall email performance.
  5. AWS Cloud (Basic Knowledge or Ready to Learn)
    • Familiar with AWS Management Console and basic cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM).
    • Support infrastructure hosted on AWS by coordinating with the cloud team.
    • Monitor and manage user access permissions via IAM policies.
    • Assist in troubleshooting connectivity between on-premises systems and AWS.
    • Understand concepts of cloud backups, snapshots, and resource management.

Added Advantage:
• Knowledge in Linux and Ubuntu operating systems, including installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
