Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who specializes in the W2 & 1099 hiring
process to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for positions across various IT domains
for US clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates from job boards, social media, internal databases, and
referrals for various IT roles.
• Work extensively on W2 requirements & 1099 requirements.
• Understand clients’ requirements and identify the best fit candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.
• Negotiate salary rates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter with focus on W2 & 1099
Hiring.
• Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and employment types
(Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-time).
• Excellent sourcing skills using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Any degree
• Prior experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors.
• Knowledge of IT technologies and current market trends.
