We are expanding our global consulting practice and are seeking a high-performing enterprise sales professional to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager is an individual contributor role focused on new business development.
The role is responsible for generating pipeline, building relationships with enterprise clients and consulting partners, and closing consulting engagements primarily in the North American market.
This is a hunter role where the primary focus is on developing new client relationships and driving revenue growth for Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI workflow automation consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
• Identify and develop new enterprise clients for Integrass consulting services
• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Drive deals from initial outreach through proposal and closure
• Build relationships with decision makers in enterprise organizations
Solution Selling
Work with internal teams to position and sell consulting solutions including:
• Salesforce implementation and consulting services
• ServiceNow workflow automation solutions
• AI-driven workflow automation solutions
• Digital transformation consulting services
Partner Ecosystem Development
Develop relationships with ecosystem partners including:
• Salesforce consulting partners
• ServiceNow consulting partners
• System integrators and digital consulting firms
• Technology partners in the enterprise software ecosystem
Pipeline & Sales Management
• Maintain a pipeline of $3M+ in qualified opportunities
• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to closure
• Lead client discovery discussions and solution presentations
• Work with delivery teams to develop proposals and close deals
Revenue Targets
• Annual Revenue Target: $1M+ in consulting revenue
• Opportunity size typically ranging from $50K – $250K per deal
Required Experience
• 8–12 years of enterprise technology sales experience
• Experience selling enterprise consulting services or technology solutions
• Exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar enterprise solutions
• Proven ability to close mid-to-large consulting engagements ($50K – $250K+)
• Experience working with global clients, preferably in North America
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
