To lead and grow the Talent Solutions practice by working closely with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to understand staffing needs and fulfill them using a co-located team of recruiters. The Practice Lead is responsible for overseeing fulfillment across FTE, onshore, offshore, and nearshore roles, managing delivery execution, recruiter performance, start dates, and revenue targets should have managed $3 to $5 million in revenue.
