Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates from job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals
for various IT roles.
• W2 requirements & 1099 requirements.
• Understand clients’ requirements and identify the best fit candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.
• Negotiate salary rates and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database regularly.
