Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 5+ years of experience
in IT Staffing to expand our client base, strengthen vendor partnerships, and drive revenue
growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US IT staffing, client acquisition, and
end-to-end sales lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT staffing and staff
augmentation.

• Acquire new clients and vendor partnerships through cold calling, networking, hands-
on email campaigns, and market research.

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, requirement gathering,
rate negotiation, contract closure, and account management.

• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality
submissions for client requirements.

• Manage and grow existing client and vendor relationships to drive repeat business and
long-term partnerships.

• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts while maintaining healthy margins and
profitability.

• Track, update, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and
performance metrics.

• Stay updated on market trends, client demands, and competitor activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client guidelines, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development for IT Staffing.

• Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).

• Experience working with MSPs, VMS platforms, and direct clients.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and lead-
generation/extension tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal
supervision.
