Job Description:

Technical Project Manager Duration: Long Term Work Profile: Full Time, Office Based (Trichy)

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, communication, resource plans, and processes.
• Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure project delivery meets expectations.
• Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives.
• Lead budget and resource allocation throughout all project phases.
• Schedule project timelines and map out technology needs.
• Make accurate budget and schedule estimates.
• Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects effectively.
• Establish and train teams on processes and strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assigning tasks and conducting personnel reviews.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for the team.
• Research and evaluate technologies to make cost-benefit decisions.
• Update and maintain hardware and software systems as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Master’s degree in Project Management or a related technical field (preferred)
• Project management certification (a plus)
• Training in project management methodologies for successful project delivery
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams
• Thrives in a highly competitive, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment
• Managerial experience
• Preferable Male candidates
• Ready to work on night shift (US Shift)
