Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Growth Executive driven to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and ideally possess a background in sales, business development and relationship management. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.

This is in office job – relocation will be needed prior to start (Lake Mary, FL).

This position offers Base Salary + On-Target Earning (OTE) + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports industry.
  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sports organizations and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and drive value.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling demos, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and solution selling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
