The client needed a web and mobile application to streamline scheduling and communication between patients and caregivers, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

Solution

Integrass developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with the following key features:

• Patient and Caregiver Registration: Secure onboarding with verification processes.
• Scheduling: Optimized based on location and availability, with calendar integration and waitlist management.
• Communication: HIPAA-compliant messaging and real-time chat, with appointment reminders via text and email.
• Appointment Tracking: Real-time updates on caregiver arrival, similar to ride-sharing apps.
